Fair: Doesn't say anything that might make Republicans and conservatives look bad.

Balanced: If it can be possibly interpeted to make Republicans and conservatives look bad, have a Republican explain why it really doesn't.

They know there's a line we won't cross. And they've taught us that there is no depth to which they won't stoop. We invited them because we believe in truth to power. They won't invite us because they're not going to put us in a position to hurt them. In their eyes, that's "weakness." In ours, it's our strength.
