Is this another manipulated energy crisis?
So far I'm finding about a dozen expanations for a spreading energy situation and not one of them is beyond the reach of Bush connected Big Energy.

There's rising crude prices, generally beyond me, but don't the Saudis usually iron those out? The line to Turkey was blasted but that was a new source, wasn't it?

Arizona has spiked prices because of a broken line owned by a Bush supporter. It makes sense that this would increase the prices in AZ but why is CA paying over 2 bucks a gallon? Wouldn't the trucks just run from some point before the broken line? Why would it have an effect on CA's availablility?

Now they are saying "Good News. Long gas lines will end soon" but there is no talk of high prices receding. They even get to relax some environmental standards.

Now I've found an article that wraps rising prices around the blackout. This is pretty easily tied to Bush supporters and deregulation coupled with his own involvement in killing bills that would have strengthened the infrastructure.

How do you get an American to say uncle? Threaten his/her Constitutional Right To Drive Cheaply? I don't know but some events, none of which are "natural" (beyond the reach of man) are converging in interesting ways that will be costly for consumers.

1. ALL energy crises are manipulated
by the same cabal of greedy scumbags who gave us Enron and the invasion of Iraq.

It's a shell game, there is no marble, and they own all the shells.

2. Y'got *that* one right!
Anyone with even moderately good sense can see it, but MediaInc isn't saying a word.

We need reform. OY VEY! do we need reform.

3. Of course!
And they aren't even working hard on the cover stories. Busted pipe in Arizona translates to a 28 cent increase for California in one week. That must be one hell of a big pipe.
