Did Corrine Brown actually break a rule?
I brought this up with some of my conservative friends and they went on a tirade about how accusing people of things is not allowed.

Now I KNOW Gingrich and DeLay pulled some stupid sh!t back in the day that was twice as bad as saying the words "stole the election", but Im too young to remember(Im only 17)

Could someone refresh my memory? And did Brown actually do anything wrong. This seems like a clear case of censure(sp?) to me.

2. I don't believe she did
acusations (most of them true) happen all the time on the floor. Right wingers make a damn big deal out of this little fiasco and then bitch and moan when we lambast Cheney for saying "Go F*CK YOURSELF" to another senator.

The whole thing is unbelievable.

Comparing the two, Cheney I believe broke a rule, but I don't believe Corrine Brown did.

8. No, she didn't break a rule.
The House Republicans who voted to censor her remark are liars who pretended that when she said "you stole the election," she was referring to Rep. Steve Buyer, R-Ind.

They know the word "you" in that sentence referred to the Republican Party, and not Steve Buyer.

They're bullies, who only care about money and power. The truth is the least of their concerns.
