LOL

I just realized something, Martha is going to prison now. . .she is not trying to curry favor with some judge or worry about how what she says can impact her case. She is worth millions and will spend 5 months in club fed and she is pissed (and a liberal) I think those who wanted to see her fall should be reminded "BE CAREFUL WHAT YOU ASK FOR YOU JUST MIGHT GET!"

The woman is not ruined, she is however pissed and I would hate to be one her enemies. . .LOL!

1. Right, she's angry and she should be
This was a all a dog and pony show to get a Democrat convicted of a white collar crime!

Note to everyone: She was never charged with insider trading!!!! She was convicted of lying and of "obstruction of justice." In other words, she's just been convicted of exercising her fifth amendment right not to self incriminate!

She should be pissed off. So should you and I.

3. She'll be hearing that behind bars...
won't be pretty for the ice queen.

Used to love her...not anymore.

Corruption stinks...she had a seat on the stock exchange for crying out loud...lack of contrition stinks to high heaven.

Why didn't she jkust come clean at the beginning?

Because she felt, and still feels, she is above it.

. . .it might be hell for 5 months. She will be out and she will be very successful when she gets out. . .and it should be interesting.

6. OJ is "successful", too...
funny how people use that word.

7. You are missing my point. . .
. . .this is not about OJ. They threw the book at Martha (in what some would characterize as selective prosecution) and all they got was 5 months and fine. They did not bankrupt the woman and in many ways they have turned her into a martyr. I think in the end they are going to regret prosecuting this case. Much different than the OJ scenerio in my opinion.

8. No really, I got your point...you missed mine.
Martha's sanctimonious tripe, on the steps of the Court House, about
her selfless concern for others, ONLY, in all this...rang as hollow and disingenuous as her entire pack of lies.

Man, I expected more from her. She has that Bush style bulldog belligerence that looks well on nobody.

Humility would've saved her, but she is above that.
