It's being rumored now the GOP might convince Ryan the Pevert to stay in
he hasn't filed papers to withdraw yet. Without Dicka, they can't get anyone who wouldn't be utterly shredded by soon-to-be-Senator Obama. But wouldn't it be great to see Ryan stay in and see Obama get 70% of the vote?

4. He's still damaged goods.
Wasn't it the GOP that wanted Ryan out in the first place? What hypocrites.

And remember that Obama got more votes in the primary than all the repuke candidates put together.

5. It will be great to see Senator Obama,
as long as he can help JFK carry Illinois. And as long as it is not the way that Mayor Daley helped JFK-1.

The soon to be Senator Barack Obama has impressed me on the short interviews that I have seen. Very well spoken and articulate. He will be a great advocate for the state of Illinois and the Democratic Party.

Not a damned thing Obama, or anyone else, can do about it.

7. Even Ryan, dummy that he is...
... knows that every question he'd get in interviews from now on would be on his sexual tendencies. Nope, Ryan is burnt toast, now in the garbage with the cantaloupe rinds, coffee grounds and eggshells.

If he can't figure that out, well, then, he's dumb enough to be a Republican candidate for the US Senate. :P

12. Sited story
CHICAGO - Republican leaders were left hanging Wednesday night about whether former Chicago Bears coach Mike Ditka would make a run for the U.S. Senate, while it appeared the former football great had decided against a run.

Stevie Jay Khachaturian, general manager of WDWS-AM in Champaign, said Ditka told him Wednesday evening that he wouldn't run.

Khachaturian, who counts Ditka as one of his regular radio guests, said when his station started to report the news, he called Ditka to let him know the station was being swamped with calls.

"I apologized to him and he said, 'That's fine. It's all right. I'm glad you got the scoop,'" Khachaturian said.

WBBM-TV in Chicago also reported Wednesday evening that it had learned Ditka wouldn't make a run.

14. Well, they gotta run somebody
Although I don't think Ryan wants to be the sacrificial lamb--too many sex questions. Too bad Bozo died, he was really popular in Chicago.

Maybe Krusty the Clown?

Political history. It's really funny to watch these douchebags scramble and fumble around trying to salvage the situation. How embarrasing!
