The Philippine government yesterday announced its decision to pull out its 51-man peacekeeping force in Iraq “as soon as possible,” in a lastditch effort to save Filipino worker Angelo de la Cruz from being beheaded by his Iraqi abductors.

That whole "Coalition of the Willing" thing smacks so badly of forcible imperialist co**sucking, anyway.
