What do you think of this write-up about Bush?
the reason why George W. Bush won the election is because the United States of America works on the electoral votes system, not the popular vote.

He won because Al Gore was losing Democratic support everywhere for pushing this issue into the ground.

He won because a man's past is not as important as his honesty now.

I realize that there aren't any of you that care about the real reasons why George won. In fact most of you probably came here to see me say something slanderous about him, but the truth is he won, because America's system worked. It was working all along. Al Gore conceded before the house and senate eventually chose George as President and Liebreman as Vice-President, (yes this really could have, and more than likely would have happened). Al Gore, if he wants a serious chance at running again, needed to concede. Even his party was turning against him. He made a smart choice by conceding, now he actually still has a chance at the presidency in 4 years.
I have a problem with people who lie, that's why I voted for George Bush. That is also why he won. (end)

I wonder what this guy is thinking now? He may have come around. Either that or he's a full-fledged freeper. FYI, the person who wrote it wrote it in December 2000. So your thoughts. We know that this is bullshit now. I knew it was bullshit then. Many didn't know. But do you think that as many people believe this line of reasoning now in 2004 as did in 2000?

3. We need a special draft
for idiot freepers who say things like this:

"I have a problem with people who lie, that's why I voted for George Bush."

Ship him off to Iraq to look for those WMDs.

5. I agree.
Though, at the time he wrote this(2000), I could understand how he could be so misled even though I thought Bush was full of shit then. If he still thinks that in 2003-2004, then he should be shipped off to Iraq.

7. Chickenhawks
The people who support the war should show their support by enlisting, encouraging their kids enlist or by applying to Halliburton for a job in Iraq.
One of my uncles had a brace on his leg and he squeaked when he walked. The Army still sent him to Nam to serve in a support capacity -- the same work Haliburton is doing in Iraq. Apply now, Halliburton is looking for a few good men.

6. Take a look at F-911. . . .
. . . at the part where the joint session of Congress is confirming the election of *&#%. I think that scene made me as angry as anything in the movie. What I saw brought me as close to abandoning the Democratic Party as I've ever come. SPINELESS WANKERS!!!!:grr: :nuke:
