Report says CIA screwed up
What a bull shit

Yes, the CIA screwed up, but the report also says there is no evidence to indicate that the bush administration pressured them on the report. WHAT A JOKE!

The democrats are caving in to save this president.

I will vote for Kerry, but then change my party to non-partisian.

This is the worst Congress and administration I can remember!

1. Why is this particular bit the
Democrat parties fault? I mean I'll be willing to admit they haven't exactly stood up to President Bush; but i'm not sure I see how this is connected.

It might help if you posted a link to the story.

4. I have been a life long Democrat
The Democrats allowed the Medicare plan to occur
The Democrats allowed bush to go into Iraq
The Democrats allowed this report to happen
The Democrats have allowed the last to racist judges to be appointed

I could go on and on, but they should have fought...

There is no balance in this country. One side bullies the other, and the other side lets them.

6. Good, let the intel members start doing the rounds...
...on the news shows, and give the inside story now. This will actually not look good for the Bush Administration when this happens.

7. Apparently this is an incomplete version. The Republicans
majority ruled that this version would contain no criticism of the decision makers. It other words, this report is a lie through omission.

Not surprising.

8. Didn't you hear? Democrats recently agreed not to look into...
...the Bush* connection with the lies and deceit. They say they MIGHT get around to it AFTER NOVEMBER.

- So what if the Democrats are accused of 'playing politics before an election'? It's their job and duty to look into what may be criminal actions by the Bush* WH.

11. Who was the senator who spoke after the chairman? He said...
That there were disagreements, and one of them was on what kind of political pressure was put on the intelligence community. He basically stood up and said the opposite of what the chairman had said.

But yet the bastards all signed their name to the report rather than taking a stand.

12. The WH involvment is a separate report. Not to be released
until AFTER the election! I think what they signed off on was the information about the intelligence community.

BTW, the Sen speaking after the chairman was Sen Rocafeller.

14. Here's a link. There's a second report.
Committee worked out a deal with the WH not to release it until after election.

15. Well, we have to appear to be "tough on defense", don't we?
Or, some "centrists" might not vote for our candidate. Isn't that the line being taken by Kerry and the DLC? Better to lie low and let more people die.

Welcome to the one big pro-war, middle of the road, centrist, DLC/CompassionateConservative Party.
