How many times has O'Reilly railed against "frivolous lawsuits"?
And will any of his guests point out his rank hypocrisy the next time he chooses to do so?

6. Howard KURTZ's Strange Take
Here on DU we've mostly been glorying in the publicity's having put FRANKEN's book up to #1.

KURTZ on his CNN show had a 2 minute thing where he didn't EXACTLY say the Faux case was hopeless, but, as always finding a way through whatever situation or issue, to take the wingnut side, asked rhetorically, something like "Could what is behind this is publicity FOR (FAUX)?" Huh?

We KNOW how defensively aggressive O'WHORELY is. There's got to be a large component of VENGEFUL O'WHORELY pushing it. And in the court cases he has commented on, he blithely IGNORES basic concepts like "presumption of innocence". He's not impressed with "the law".

7. This is way to funny
Bill O'Reilly, the same man who rallies against frivolous lawsuits is now sueing due to the words "fair and balanced". What a complete lying joke he is. He says hes tired of personal attacks in the media, yet this is the same man who went on the radio to say that Matt Drudge(whom i dont agree with) was smoking crack on the beach of Miami.
Even funnier, in his latest column he says fox news is "fair and balanced" because the audience is diverse. So that doesnt mean fox slants the news for the right? O'Reilly like many hypocritcal conservatives can dish out it but he cant take it. This will expose him and fox for the conservative joke that they are.
