Second Amendment to the U.S. Constitution:

Lot of gray area regarding semi-automatic assault rifles and armor piercing bullets. But pretty clear regarding militias. Unfortunately, the only people who have taken advantage of this are paranoid wingnuts like the Michigan Militia featured in Bowling for Columbine. Perhaps liberals should think about forming their own militia.

On second thought: if John Ashcroft or any of his Patriot Act minions are reading this - I am not advocating forming a revolutionary group dedicated to the violent overthrow of the government. I am merely exercising my Second Amendment rights. So there!
