I think the most incendiary words in the English language are
"We and They". As in "We" are virtuous, kind, generous, civilized
and forgiving, while "They " are barbaric, vicious, cruel and murderous."They" can be any one or any group that differs in nationality, color, religion from"Us".These two words have done more damage to humanity than almost anything else I can think of.Instead of making all of us realize we are part of the same human family, these words arouse our tribal instincts and want to do violence towards those who do not meet with "our"approval.

I wish there was a way to banish these words from our vocabulary so that when we speak we can make our language becomes inclusive.
