Poll question: Dean supporters: How strong is your support
I'm curious as to how strong Dean's support is here on DU. It appears he is leading in candidate preference on this board. But how strong is your support for the good doctor?

1. I support Dean all the way to the Democratic convention...
and beyond. If someone else is chosen, I will support them equally. Bush must go.

3. I'm not only willing to vote for him, but contribute $ and volunteer
to help canvass in New Hampshire and my home state of Connecticut.

5. awesome
I think I saw a Quinnipiac poll which shows Dean in second place behind Lieberman in Connecticut.

4. Cautiously Optimistic...
The idealist in me likes Kucinich & Sharpton
The pragmatic side of me leans towards Kerry & Dean

...But Dean just gets me all psyched up! I think i like being a part of a movement that's catching fire more than anything in particular he has to say. Even tho I don't see Dean as the messiah, he's what we need now (as long as the aggression he stirs doesn't get too badly misdirected). And if the tide turns, I'll go with the next media darling - because none of this means squat if we can't get GW outta there.

6. Pretty tepid.
My main reason for supporting Dean is his opposition to the war and that he seems to be the only anti-war candidate that might win the nomination. I much prefer Sharpton, Mosely-Braun or Kucinich, but think it unlikely they can win the nomination because of opposition from the right wing of the party and the mistaken belief that "liberals can't win".

The others won't get my vote in the primaries or the general.
