Mustard Gas was found in Iraq?
This is the first I've heard of it.

The local right wing idiots on the radio says we found two types of WMD in the past two weeks: mustard gas and sarin.

Has yesterday's find been positively identified as sarin? I heard about that find, but I didn't hear anything about mustard gas being found.

4. Sounds like the Iraqis are raiding old military museums
to find anything to use against us.

Of course, this is about the thousandth time they've found some chemical weapon. None of the others were true, this one isn't, either. The only question is whether they will admit that.

9. That's not a first, either
How many other chemical discoveries did they confirm then unconfirm? Remember all the barrels?

I'll wait a while.

13. That was according to FAUX. Spokesman today said it could take up to
two weeks to confirm OR deny.

2. its was mentioned on CNN this morning
apparently a similar shell was found about two weeks ago that tested positive for containing (or having traces) of mustard gas...didn't get the same press I suppose becuase, unlike with the "sarin", no one showed any signs of contact or reaction to it.....

CNN also said that, if the sarin round is confirmed, it will help bushco quiet questions about the war's justification....yeah right, two rounds with ten year old chemical agents was reason for this quagmire.....

6. Maybe the mustard gas was from the supply that St. Ronny's
administration sold to Sadaam in the 1980s

7. Actually, the mustard gas came from..
Rummy's ass after eating a hot dog while visiting Iraq. I find that more plausable than anything else.

12. if this is a WMD
then "M" must stand for moderate or minor. Personally, nothing short of nukes would have made military action neccessary and then we still wouldn't have had to invade and occupy. Just send in Maverick and Iceman to wax the nuclear plant like Isreal in '81 Bottom line for me, Saddam wasn't gonna do sheet.

11. All day yesterday, Faux ran with "Chemical Weapons Found In Iraq"
Which is utter bull****. Two spent, fizzled-out artillery shells that hail back to the Iran-Iraq war, when Saddam was one of our best pals. It was probably the "Crafted With Pride in the USA" imprint on the shell casings that drew attention. :)

On any given day, there are more toxic chemicals on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles.

16. Catwoman---the first I news I heard on the subject was
yesterday mid day when my useless Adelphia cable came back on after being down for 16 hours. Whomever was announcing the sarin gas item also said something about a mustard gas canister; but from that point on I never heard one other network or person even mention it. So there must be something....what I don't know.
