8. A word of advice: it looks like there's a little copyright infringement
going on here.

If deckofcards.com (the owner of the copyrigh in the card) hasn't given www.cafeshops.com/chickenhawks permission to use that card, the owner of the cafeshop is infringing copyright in the card.

Also, even though the drudge picture is funny, it's probably wrong to pretend that he's endorsing the card if that isn't a real picture and you don't have his permission.

They are the ones who have the Bush Joker in their deck. And Drudge is a public figure. The picture is obviously a parody.

Who is deckofcards.com? Their cards aren't political.

10. I think deckofcards is the link for the cards. Could be wrong.
But if the card owner owns the cafeshop, that solves the copyright problem.

However, most states allow even famous people in the news to control the use of their likeness in marketing goods.
