if being straight is not a choice then being gay is not a choice, you see, gawd created us this way. The only choice is to deny who we really are.

8. Why do they get to choose?
Why?" Because they choose to sleep with Mary instead of Paul tonight? Bisexuality is no more a choice than heterosexuality or homosexuality.

3. Who the hell really, honestly knows. I don't.
I'm straight, other people are gay. What makes us that way, I have no idea.

5. I was about to type a long-winded reply,
but you pretty much summed it up in a few sentences.

I'm straight. Other people are gay. Some people are bi. Who cares?

Love who you want to love and fuck who you want to fuck. It doesn't hurt me.

To the lurking dumbasses.... My acceptance of others doesn't mean that I'm willing to "play for the other team". I am who I am, said the philosopher Popeye. Only a dumbfuck would deride people for simply being who they are.

6. Actually,
I've been studying up on the subject.... I've determined that sexuality is almost wholly socially constructed. That means that it's a choice though not necessarily a consious choice, or that person's choice.

Personally, I'm bi and choose to be straight.
