4. While I agree with you, lots of people see pictures like that

as "accidental collateral damage"...and they can wring their hands and say .."We are saddened that IT happened".

BUT...

when our soldiers/accomplices DELIBERATELY torture "prisoners" and PHOTOGRAPH it for "bragging rights".. there can be no "accidental" excuse..

And truth be told,lots of those prisoners are probably prisoners because they lacked the language skills to communicate with US, and that they are Iraqi males ..Fancy THAT..Iraqi males living in IRAQ..
