1. That's all this bush* bunch
ever say at their press conferences. "We're making progress". "It's gonna take a lot of time". "He gassed his own people".

I've gotten to the point that whenever I see the monkeyboy, or Cheney, or Rummy, or any one of them come on my TV screen, I just shudder. I can't even look at them.

3. Mopaul, when are you going to give in and marry me?!
:* :*

(Oh sorry, I forgot that the word "marriage" is reserved for "very special" alignments of one man and one woman. Please forgive.)

Hey Mopaul, when are you going to give in and civil-union me?!

6. i agree
with them, that our troops and people on the ground there have made good progress, and should be commended for their hard work and effort to bring about a Democratic Iraq. I can't blame them for doing the best they can given the situation they were put in.

What I don't agree with is us going there in the first place, and hope that in November 04, when we put our Democratic nominee in office, that he/she will return America to a country that doesn't invade other countries, or strike first, and one that actually goes after the bad guys, you know OBL and his loons? 11,000 troops in Afghanistan and 150,000+ in Iraq, how ass-backwards is that...

7. U.S. troops should NEVER have been placed in harm's way in Iraq...
We are not welcome there -- then, now, or ever. "Democracy" will fail in Iraq, for multiple reasons. Let's be realistic -- we are not in Iraq for altruistic reasons -- that's the administration's shore story (bringing "freedom") now that there are in fact no WMD. We are there to exploit the natural resources of the region, to flex our military muscle, and to basically heed the twisted call of manifest destiny.

The fact that American GIs and innocent civilians have died over there is an obscenity. The * administration has a lot of blood on its hands, and much to answer for.
