2. He's doing very well.
Says he did his civic duty. Dobbs seems very attentive.

3. Wilson made very similar points to previous interviews I have seen
but Lou had very little to say in reply. He certainly did not try to defend the behavior of his fellow CNN colleague Robert Novak. I think Lou was very impressed with Wilson's sincerity and with the facts he related.

4. I was impressed with Wilson too.
I loved it when Lou asked him how he felt about Novak. "Before he even got a confirmation from the CIA or other confirmation sources, he talked to somebody he met on the street about Valerie. This guy was a friend of mine so he told me about it. How many other people on the street did he talk to? When the CIA told him not to print her name, WHAT PART OF NO DIDN'T HE UNDERSTAND/ Let's just say there's no love lost between us."

Boy I hope all this stuff comes out before the election!

5. He busted Bad Bob's chops and was sooo smooth about it!
The man is very bright! I gotta' read his book! Kerry could use a man like that to help straighten this 'Critical Mess' in Iraq out!

BTW, thanks for the heads up, I'd have missed it!

6. I think Lou is about the only straight up reporter on CNN!
I watch his segment about every day! He's doing a job on the anti American outsourcing corporations! He slams the greedy GOPers!

7. did anyone else catch something about
there would be a major announcement within 48 hours? I can't remember what Lou asked him, but he was hesitant to say anything except the 48hr thing, followed by "foreign policy catastrophe in the making." He knows something really big is about to break.
And GoonWit is riding around in a bus.

8. Goonwit is being kept outta harms way, I'm sure..
goonwit IS his own biggest danger.

I caught the 48 hrs part too, but have no idea what it might be about.
I have a few theories but guess anythings possible at this point.

Novak makes me wanna puke. To do what he did to Plame and stil sit there on Nat'l TV, all self righteous, is a sacrilege. Who the heck is Bob Freakin Novak anyway. His egotistic association with Rove and the WH is corruption at work. Novak makes a mockery of integrity for journalists and reporters.
Its criminal.

11. 48 hr foreknowledge? Couldn't be plans, or solutions; they're clueless.
Probably resignations.

State?

Pentangle?

WH? Nah.

12. Powell you say?
Well that is one option certainly, especially given his public comments today beginning to distance himself. And that would be huge in the court of global opinion. Guess we'll just have to wait and see what happens. Ahhh political intrique - might be a great thriller if it wasn't so serious.
