Kerry Campaign Slogan
Edited on Mon May-03-04 08:06 PM by IrishBloodEngHeart
I keep hearing the media criticize Kerry for not having a unifying slogan.

Anyone have ideas? Here's mine:

John Kerry: Smart, honest leadership in complicated times

I think we need to hammer home the point of Bush's stupidity without saying it bluntly.

Trite, but sums it up absolutely perfectly. And it brands Bush appropriately.

22. I raise my taxes so I can lower yours; Bush lowers his own
I take responsibility for my actions, he doesn't.

I adjust to changing circumstances; he can't adapt.

He's never done a single thing for the little guy unless it had a real benefit for the rich.

I listen to everyone's opinions; he's already made up his mind.

23. I like those two by Genius & Dagda...
If <Richard> Clarke had warned Kerry, he <Kerry> would have listened.

and

"America...we've got work to do."

The first one takes the air out of the 9/11 RNC balloon. Here they are going to be, holding their convention and trying to run bush on 9/11. The Richard Clarke testimony shows bush was a total failure.

The second one shows our desire to get back to work (JOBS JOBS JOBS JOBS...BIG campaign issue for a great deal of Americans -- me for one). It also destroys the repuke talking point that Dems are "lazy" and all want to be on "welfare". Also reminds people, in a subtle way, about how it was under the LAST Dem administration!

Good ones!!

How 'bout:

Kerry....because he won't be on vacation the whole time.

:kick:
