Isn't there sexual abuse. Is Arab TV showing that? Because if they are, we're screwed. That's just my opinion. What do you think?

They aren't up on their website yet. Probably will be soon, though.

7. Thar ya go
Saddam is now looking like a saint by most standards
The "ceasefire/massacre" in Fallujah; the rape and torture of prisoners in Abu Ghraib and other prisons in Iraq. Only "God/Bush" knows whats going on in Guantonamo Bay???

While 50% of Americans sponsor these activities, the other 50% are content to blame "this Administration". At some point we have to ask ourselves -- Is attributing blame really enough?

27. the sick bastards who did this
have just signed the death warrants for any American who falls into the hands of the (sure to be growing) insurgency.
My understanding of Arab culture is that this kind of intense humiliation can only be undone by bloody vengance. hell, if I saw photos of an foreign occupier doing this to Americans, I'd probably be so enraged that I'd do whatever it took just to get some payback.

There will probably be a lot more troops captured now too. I wonder if this is part of the reason the US retreated from Fallujah.

18. I'll bet the Iraqi had these pictures a month ago..
and the reason why in the month of April our soldier mortalities have been the highest since the War started.

So, the wholesale slaughter of our sons and daughters is the direct result of the Bush Administration's preoccupation with broadening it's Executive Powers enabling them to declare US Citizens Enemy Combatants, and renewing the Patriot's Act.

13. I don't think they need to see the photos
They get to live it and experience it first hand. Remember, some of these prisoners that were tortured were eventually released and got to tell everyone what happened to them.

Why else would they be killing soldiers left and right?

16. I think the Iraqis that didn't believe were only a small percentage
Say around 5-10%, and those are the ones we've already bought off so I doubt it'll make a difference to them. They could see photos of US troops randomly executing Iraqi kids in the street and they'd still support the occupation because they're getting rich off it.

As for the people here, the ones who already knew this was fucked up will have their ideas reinforced, and the brainwashed fools who support this idiocy will just dismiss it or ignore it. In fact I'm surprise I haven't already heard claims that the photos are fake (re the Lcpl. with the kids saying he killed their dad and knocked up their sister)

32. One of the court marshalled supervisors said:
After he was arrested, someone handed him The Geneva Convention's Law for Prisoner Detention. Which is a brief on basic expectations of human decency and respect for other human beings when taken prisoners of War.

Ouch, just remembered, Rumy said they were detainees, not POWs.

Will they detain US citizens showing them for being "unlawful combatants?" They are drunk with power and need to be reigned in. We have that power to slap them down.

You would think for all the shit they try to censor they would have axed this. What a horrible idea. Are they trying to start a holy war on purpose? I don't get it.
