Cheney Task Force - Bill Moyers

Have I been totally dense before tonight? I never put 2 and 2 together. I just now figured out that Cheney is hiding the task force records because the administration told the energy companies that they were going to invade Iraq before 9-11. David Broncohio (sp?) showed that part of the task force notes included a map of the Iraqi oil fields. It all comes together and the house of cards is about to fall down.

Sorry if a dupe. But this light just went off in my head and I have not seen this posted before.

It was him meeting with the energy companies and splitting up the oilfields in Iraq.

Kinda puts a damper on that whole "liberation" areguement, dont it?

2. Oh yes... but let's not forget

There are TWO pipelines (one for oil and one for gas) that needed
to be built across Afghanistan... Powell even went to visit and
gave the Taliban millions in bribe money to have it happen. The
Taliban declined.

I'm guessing that Enron (who was the last energy company to try to
get the pipeline built) was "solicited" by Cheney as to their wishes
in the energy task force. That pipeline was likely at the top of
their list.
