As this thread sinks to page 2 without a single DU reply or even a kick, I leave you with my message to the Group today, and direct it to you as well:

On tuesday night gwb displayed to the entire world his full-on denial/crusader-avenger/arrogance/liar psychobabble mode - and the majority of the TV media gave his performance reviews of "strong, deliberate, determined..." There can be no more stark evidence that the "mainstream" press WILL NOT present the truths behind this miserable failure, and the threat to America and the world which he embodies with every passing day. You are witnessing the neocon dream culmination - a total fusion of corporate, military, media, fundamemntalist/dominionist, governmental, and judicial power into one reactionary body - headed at this time by the bush junta, and in an unacceptable future by mirror images with different names and different wars.

If this nightmare is to be stopped, it is up to people of conscience to spread the unpleasant realities stifled and distorted by the corporate media - there is no other way. I am enclosing here ( and listing in the "Latest News & Revelations" LINKS folder) two URL's to articles which every American should, but of course won't, read. I strongly urge you to forward these links as far and wide as your energy allows. I have also changed the homepage picture to a collage of 600+ American casualties in bushCorp's illegal invasion. This image is now posted in an enlarged format in the FILES section, "bushCorp graphics & documents" folder, titled "16_bush+600_dead.jpg" When viewed at 100% resolution, it is large and detailed enough for even the smirking chimp to see the actual faces sacrificed to his insane and intractible holy crusade of revenge and power. How large will this collage have to grow before America wakes up? How large a screen will we need to display the thousands of "collateral damage" dead Iraqi women and children described in the LINK below?
