You are correct that this is Hughes work. But, the reason Chimpster is looking dejected is because of his "personal anguish over the many losses by our brave forces in Iraq". He's in mourning dontcha you know? He really, really cares! LOL.

We know he's a sociopath and those losses mean nothing to him. But he can't let the public continue to see that, not after the 9-11 revelations and the deterioration in Iraq.
