Black today emphasized all the lawyering that went on over this, sandbagging his position. I smell fear on him, besides the arrogance.

Berger testified that he made plain the intent to write UBL out of the story.

The commission did well to insist on getting the Clinton papers (some), because this is developing as a key battle in the attempt to erase all time between Jan 20 and Sep 11, 2001.
