Arianna is supposed to announce re: California gubernatorial in the 1:00 hour (right now!)

Should be an interesting few hours coming up.

Many Democrats are speculating about whether Jerry Springer would trade his raunchy talk show for the chance to run for U.S. Senate.

They'll find out this afternoon.

Jerry Springer has scheduled a news conference to announce his political plans at 2 p.m. at a Hyatt in Columbus.

Springer has spent the last seven months -- when he's not taping quarreling couples, threesomes or surprise love interests -- crossing Ohio to gauge his support among Democrats and other voters. Springer planned to announce his decision on whether to run for Senate Wednesday.

1. I'll put CNN on and wait...
Unless I get nauseous before the announcements... CNN does that to me.

4. I don't think he will either, sgr2
The WCPO article I linked to above is very interesting. I've worked extensively with Dennis Lieberman in Dayton (he's interviewed in the article) and it seems he's with most prominent Buckeye Dems who are thinking he's not going to run.

Should be an interesting day here in Buckeye Country,
Jennifer in The 'Nati :-)
