it still wouldn't have prevented 9-11. The invitation doesn't specify airplanes used as MISSILES. How could Condit know exactly what the airplanes would do? Therefore, she could hardly be expected to do anything.

for example, let's say the back of the note you show warns of the attack on the pentagon - for pete's sake, that building has five, yup, count'em, FIVE sides - how could condi possibly know which side to prepare against attack? why bother at all if there's only a 20% chance of success?

and the wtc? that's even worse - the memo makes no mention of what floor will be hit - and there's 110 of them!!
