1. word play
Off topic, but funny:

"I'd rather have a bottle in front of me, than a frontal lobotomy."

May have been Johnny Carson where I saw that years ago, but it has stayed with me and I still think it's funny.

5. Instead of a bottle in front of you???
why?

I'd much rather have a bottle in front of me instead of a frontal lobotomy.

6. I recommend a bottle in front of you...
...as opposed to a frontal lobotomy. More fun, less permenant.

10. Symbol over substance
...and fashion over fact. They see his down home folksy act and assume that voting for him is voting against all those Harvard types who always made them feel so dumb and who want their sons to turn into pansies and their daughters to abort their grandchildren just before they turn lesbian.

Just let them know that Bush is a Connecticut preppie who was in public school for only one year before he assumed his life of Mayflower privilege and that he is no rancher but a pampered city boy who never did a real lick of work in his whole life and a pointy headed Harvard prick who has been bought off multiple legal charges by his rich daddy and that he's LAUGHING AT THEM!

I've been doing this, and it works.

15. Don't need a lobotomy
Just register as a Republican.

With apologies to Garrison Kellor's We're all Republicans Now

Being a Republican means not having to think about or worry about anything. Your fearless leader and his AM Radio minions will do all your thinking for you.
