When did the word "diss" become journalistic? (Russert)
I had to rewind my TiVo the other day when I thought I heard Tim Russert ask Richard Clarke if he had "dissed" the President. My ears didn't fail me. God, I nearly fell off the couch!!

Hilarious.....what's next? the Tahizzle in the schmizzle?

1. That should convince anyone that Russert is a wretched journalist

2. Russert is NOT a journalist. He's an Imperial Scribe
As such, what he says cannot be construed as "journalistic".

5. Jon Stewart had that clip on...
He spent about three minutes making fun of it.

11. I did a double take on that one, too.
I was sitting in front of the TV thinking ... "Did he just say 'dissed'??? No, I couldn't have heard that right!"

Then my roommate said, "Russert just said 'dissed'!" LOL
