7. Was there ever a doubt? Why
does the national Dem party not expel him? He doesn't even pretend to support policies. How often does he actually vote with Democrats on bills?

10. He still counts as a dem for deciding who has the most Sen.
That is the only reason to let him stay, unless then can get a real dem that can win his seat.

Miller is a Democrat in name only. I don't know why we even bother to count him among the Dems in the Senate.
