seems to be overwhelmed by the Clarke testimony. He talks all around the questions and is attempting to intimidate the press. This whole gang is grasping at straws and trying to divert attention from the real issues. He reminds me of an old man who has been caught doing something wrong and pretends he can't figure out things. the * administration spent the first 8 months not doing what they should have been doing probably because it was a continuation of the Clinton agenda and they quite frankly were negligent perhaps even criminally negligent.
