Just listened to the Ambassador from Spain on Wolf. He said, they aren't ruling anyone out. ETA doesn't follow any set pattern. However, the US media is trying to push public opinion in that direction. Trying to imply it was AlQ and not ETA because no advance warnings were given. The Ambassador was very determined not to make any commitments either way.

I imagine they would use an Islamic calendar rather than the Gregorian calendar (named after a Pope). I doubt September 11 would mean anything to them.
