I didn't think it was possible to actually get a lower rating than Tweety or the Intern-killer.

9. but nbc will keep him on indefinitely
so that he can 'develop an audience"

they were leaking stories to drudge and the post about donahue's imminent cancellation within a month of his launch.

dennis will get a pass

btw, has judas miller broken dick cavett's record as having the most failed talk shows on tv yet?

37. Unfortunately...
I agree. Some asshole patron up in the GE hierarchy will continue to seee him as Hip and Edgy (instead of Played Out and Desperately Whoring Himself, like in reality) and he'll get an indefinite amount of time to jabber. They run these things at a loss (like Murdoch and that fishwrapper he's made of a paper that once published Murray Kempton) just to get their message (such as it is) out.

10. Bottom Line: Neither side likes a Quisling
The Busheviks will never trust him, though their Pay Korps is so overflowing with money and media control that they could afford to give him his own show to see if anyone DID want to watch a filthy Quisling pile of sh*t without principles.

Apparently, that is not the case.

And Free America hates him for selling out so quickly to the Dark Side just because his career was winding down and he needed more $$$$.

NOBODY likes a Quisling. Busheviks find them useful, but never trustworthy.

Which is something that <gasp> we agree on.

Which is usually the Kiss of Death for most shows.

As for Dennis Miller -- I'm surprised his ratings are THAT high...

24. He can't get Shrub to come on, so the poor chimp is the stand-in.
The chimp is a reprise of the original Today show with Dave Garroway, who hated the chimp that was added to their lineup, but it did help the ratings. Probably kids making their moms tune it in.

17. LOL, Bush's campaign ads will run during his show.
In the announcement about Shrub's new campaign ads, they said they were going to run some during Miller's show. So they are paying CNBC with noone there to watch them. That's hillarious!

than all these shows combined times 2. Fuck the repug media, I just finished my own Neilson's form and the Daily Show and Letterman got points from me every single night.

34. I haven't watched Miller since SNL
Back then he was actually funny. Since hearing of his sell-out, I haven't bothered. Also, my brother mentioned that he loves Dennis Miller. This, in and of itself, is reason not to watch. My brother gets his news exclusively from Faux, Drudge and Limbaugh.
