Is the cartoon accurate, that Calhoun fudged his dates when he made the claim?

BTW, the strip said that Calhoun claimed to have witnessed Bush during "that summer" when Bush wasn't there until fall.

Just wondering.

Calhoun also says he hasn't got any paperwork nut that his ex-wife knows that his claim is true....
