Rush is saying Al Queda fears Bush.....
Edited on Wed Feb-04-04 03:05 PM by KensPen
If so why didn't they low during his 4 year term?
without the war on terror, Bush would easily be a one term mistake.

Secondly, by attacking on such a large scale as they did they knew there would HAVE to be a response...

Clearly I think the over reaction Bush has made,
the war of faulty premise in Iraq,
the Conservative Fundamentalism he condones
The weakening of the UN and our international ties...
all go to FURTHER the terrorists agenda.

bottom line I think it is a horrible comment and ugly politics to lump liberals in with terrorists as groups who seek to unseat Bush.
It is reprehensible muck raking.

1. Liberals as traitors a campaign theme just getting started
The right wing commentator orcs who take their orders from Rove are just getting started. The Bushies will make this the dirtiest election in U.S. history.

4. It's difficult to imagine a dirtier election than 2000.
I'm sure that the GOP and Rove will find a way. Prior to 2000, I thought 1988 was the worst, the way both Dukakis and my all time favorite baseball player (Tigers great Willie Horton) were slimed. Rove makes Lee Atwater look like a nice guy, in comparison.

9. You liked Willie too? (the baseball player, that is).
William Wattison Horton. Schoolboy legend; Tiger hero. Kaline was my favorite growing up (no dad, so he was my father figure), but Willie was just great. Loved the Gator, Mick, McAuliffe, Frank "Taters" Lary, Hank Aguirre, the young Denny, Rocky, Stormin' Norman, Freehan, the whole gang from throughout the '60s. Don't forget Ernie and George, too. Thanks for the memories. They better not take on OUR Willie, that's for sure!

while the unelected drunk hid in a bunker in Nebraska all day.

The plain fact is that the Bin Ladens and the Bush family have been doing business for years...Osama knew perfectly well first hand what a lazy, crooked and incompetent bum pResident turd was.

5. yeah...sorry... wrong again, Chimpy...

Al Queda LOOOVES Bush. No other President could to for them what the Chimp has done.

He has proven bad faith to the people of Afghanistan. He has mobilized radical elements in the Middle East against the U.S. He has toppled a secular government in Iraq that Al Queda HATED.

Hell, if Chimpy loses the election, Al Queda might want to hire him to run their operation. He's done a great job for them so far.

6. They fear him so much...............
that they've pretty much taken over Iraq now. There would be more truth in a statement that Al Queda feared Saddam, at least he kept them somewhat at bay. Al Queda now has unbridled access in Iraq and are proving to be the thorn is Bush's side in his peace attempts there.
Leave it to the neo-cons to screw it all up. I'm convinced that these guys couldn't organize a one car funeral procession.

7. oh yeah, he's a real scary guy all right especially
when he wears his GI Joe outfit.

Bush and cronies reacted exactly as UBL (bin Laden)/Al Q hoped. Their goal was to incite an Islam vs the West war and Bush has lit the region up with anti-West hatred.

10. The Taliban was destroyed
for being there. Saddams sons were killed because they possessed WMD's. The U.S. justifies murder after the fact.

11. Yeah, that's why the waited until Clinton left office
before attacking the WTC & Pentagon with airplanes, because they were afraid of bush.

Makes sense to me.
