Hate to admit it, but the chimp was right about one thing
Based on mathematical probabilities, it was bound to happen eventually. The Chimp finally said something I agree with 1,000%:
"If judges insist on forcing their arbitrary will upon the people, the only alternative left to the people would be the constitutional process."
He's dead-right on this one; we have to stop those judges from imposing their personal opinions on all of us!
Let's take this concept, legislate it, and enforce it retroactively to `GORE v BUSH', United States Supreme Court decision, December 1999.

1. If George W. Bush is qualified to accuse someone of arbitrary will
Edited on Wed Jan-21-04 02:26 PM by rocknation
then Hugh Hefner is qualified to accuse someone of being a pimp.

2. Yes, He Has A Short, Selective Memory
Right-wing Activist judges who appoint Jr. p(Resident) over the "will of the people" are OK.

I hate this man more and more everytime he opens his mouth

3. He said that?
Damn, I missed that.
Isn't that what judges are supposed to do? To arbitrate that is. It is Bush's job to force their arbitration on the people.
Confused now.
Does he want us to stop him?

5. That was one of the funniest parts of the entire speech.
It was as if I had the AM radio dial on listening to a right-wing media whore (Charlie Sykes in the Milwaukee area will do). Almost word for word when they play the refs against any judges that don't make a decision they don't like they call is "Liberal Activist Judges".

Pretty funny that when conservative judges do it that they are just following the constitution.

Good one GW, If I was eating a pretzel I might have gaged, but instead I was drinking beer.

6. He said 'activist' judges
and dropped my jaw again. Ya think he meant the 9th by any chance? Seriously though, given the amount of time on that V steroids, which would you think is more important. If he gets elected he'll probably wax philosophic on the horrors of gameboys or something.
