"...As tent city continues to grow since it first popped up about a month ago, so do concerns about what protesters are bringing with them.
“There’s no smell, there’s no odor. No one is sick,” said Philip O’Connell of Occupy Boston.
There is rising concern that the occupiers may be a public health hazard because they could be spreading germs and attracting rodents. On Wednesday, Boston’s Public Health Commissioner walked tent city.
“We want to make sure there aren’t problems here,” said Lisa Timberlake of the Boston Public Health Commission..."

and was just a bit concerned about the food tent... this is good news! I so respect all the people occupying...

3. They got a clean bill today, and the city is offering a free flu shot clinic for the camp.
They got passing grades on everything, including food safety and the medical tent. You need to look at the video to get a true sense of the story. The health commissioner agreed that they are doing a good job of keeping everything shipshape. There are no rats, no rodents, and the only concern is for people who are frail when the weather turns colder.
