Mitt Romney is about the fakest politician ever. He's for universal healthcare until a Democrat passes it. The only difference between the two plans is one is statewide and the other is nationwide... Mitt fans call that "geography." I guess that's how it'll be framed. Both have an individual mandate.

Is the biggest difference is that Romney's covers more abortions that Obama's?

1. Poor Mitt
He's done so many turnarounds, he probably thinks "hypocrisy" is an operation that old people get to repair brittle bones.
