10. Supreme court members only recently started attending
and even then not all of them did. Never have all members attended. Scalia doesn't. Thomas didn't attend last year either.

9. What a surprise
Perhaps the biggest problem this country has is a right wing activist Supreme Court. Citizens United should have been an indicator to even the dimmest bulb what is happening to our country. Roberts should be convicted of perjury for lying at his confirmation. Thomas should be removed because of his wife forming a PAC.

This all goes way beyond "Legislating from the bench"~

13. Symbolic but not ultimately meaningful
As someone else mentioned, Supremes only recently started attending and some members of the court do not like to appear too connected too trends and politicking. Also, don't they try to avoid all being in the same place (or on the same plane) at once? (Other than in the court chambers of course.)
