Tea Party Leader Lashes Out Against Christine O'Donnell: "She's a Loser"
The Maine state coordinator for the Tea Party Patriots has expressed a very low opinion of the Tea Party backed O'Donnell. Are there rifts in the movement?

Christine O'Donnell's GOP Senate primary upset over Rep. Mike Castle in Delaware last week has the media buzzing about how the tea party movement is overthrowing the established order of things -- at least for Republicans. But while O'Donnell may be labeled as a "tea party" candidate, the movement is far from a monolith, and there are some in its ranks who aren't all that thrilled to be associated with her.

Andrew Ian Dodge is the Maine state coordinator for the Tea Party Patriots, one of the largest tea party umbrella groups. TPP doesn't endorse candidates, but that hasn't stopped Dodge from expressing his own opinion about O'Donnell. He thinks she's a bit of a nutter. "Everything I've seen about her has made me laugh my ass off," he says. "What the hell do you say? First you have Alvin Green, and now you have her." His concern is that if she loses in the general election to Democrat Chris Coons, the defeat will be widely regarded as a reflection on the tea party movement -- and he doesn't want that.

2. I hope there will be plenty of rifts in the Baggers' camp.
I hope it fractures the Republican Party ranks and that Republican officials at every level coast to coast claw each other to tiny bits over each and every little thing from this point forward.

The people who voted for Christine O'Donnell were overwhelmingly registered Republicans who must have considered Mike Castle insufficiently conservative, so they showed up at the polls X 30,000 or so and voted for a total nutjob.

If the Republican Party in Delaware can't persuade its stalwart voters to bother to vote for Mike Castle in the primary, who had a strong chance of winning that seat, then they deserve to have Christine O'Donnell as their nominee.

3. Wait until Sarah gets a hold of him
Palin will give him a lick or two, she did KKKarl Rove for his dish against O'Donnell. He changed his tune once she was finished with him.

6. There have been rifts for some time now
The "movement" has resembled the warring revolutionary groups in Life of Brian almost as long as it has been going. Splitters!

7. Funny C. O'Donnell Article
This is the news, the news I like to hear and then write about. The news I’m talking about centers around a budding controversy involving Christine O’Donnell, Deleware’s Republican nominee for the upcoming Senate election in that state. Christine is a darling of the frightening, but incredibly influential tea party movement, having built a grassroots campaign built on family values, Christian morals, and conservative economic principles. She also, early in her career and up until now, has been an outspoken opponent of…masturbation.

8. This is a ploy by the teabaggers to marginalize her - -
initially so the media jumps on her and then of course the baggers will point to the "liberal media's" bias and call all ye faithful to rally around this simpleton. It seems that if your semi attractive but also hold 1920's views the semi attractiveness wins out in our dumbed down population. i can hear my new national anthem - Oh Canada! already!

10. The tea party does not exist!!!!!!
Tea party this and tea party that! Why is everybody, "Mostly" the news media keeps talking about a movement that does not exist! The tea party protests started during the bicentennial in 1976 by members of The Libertarian Party. It was your proverbial whining about taxation. Now you got left overs from the militia movement of the 90's and the religious right from the 80's. Now you got a mixture of various sects of the American political right. Can anybody tell me if this so-called tea party has a agenda? How about a 5 point program? Anything?

All left wing beliefs welcome!

12. I think it's safe to say that Christine will not be at any town hall meetings
as clearly she is not a master debater.
