Mar 26, 2010 1:00 pm US/Eastern N.J. Woman Hit By Battery In Road Rage Incident Reporting

A Camden woman has nine stitches above her eye after being struck by a battery thrown in a road rage incident on the Roosevelt Boulevard in Northeast Philadelphia.

"It feels like I was hit in the head with a brick," she said.

The victim, speaking on conditions of anonymity, was trying to drop off her 12-year-old daughter, who was in the back seat, when she says another driver tried to cut her off near Adams Avenue.

"He actually rolled his window down, spit on my window and then he put his hand like he was going to shoot me and that is why I called the cops."

3. there never seems to be a WHY w/this kind of behavior...and
I see this kind of crazy wound up (not just driving fast) action on the freeways (mostly)- a real angry, frustrated energy field and then they just blow up or really hurt others/and/or themselves.

2. She was lucky it was just a D cell battery.
