Ann Coulter is Under Investigation for Vote Fraud (Update)
I see there have been some other post on DU on this subject but none tell about someone has now come forward to make a complaint.

Ann Coulter is Under Investigation for Vote Fraud
Submitted by Julie on February 8, 2009 - 11:51am.

One of the country's most outspoken conservative commentators, Ann Coulter, may have committed vote fraud. Records and lawsuits show that Coulter voted in Connecticut while living in New York.
Records that have been dug up by private investigator Josephy Culligan showed that Coulter was entangled in a lawsuit over rent in 2003 while she was supposedly living with her parents in New Canaan, Connecticut. Property records, however, also show her owning an apartment in Manhattan while she voted in Connecticut.
Last month officials acknowledged that such behavior would be wrong, but that they could not do anything unless someone filed a complaint. They only had to ask. Long time Coulter obsessive Daniel Borchers quickly filed one to get the ball rolling.
Officials are now investigating. It will be interesting to see how this turns out.

2. She obviously has some kind of fetish for voting where she doesn't live.
Florida, New Jersey - where else?

Oh, and I sure as hell don't want to know anything about the rest of her fetishes. Yuck.

FReeper rules:

1. Get your theology from Ann Coulter.
2. Get your science from Rush Limbaugh.

All you need to know.

10. Is this a pattern? She had a problem with her voter registration in Florida also.
Per Brad Blog:

In February of this year, Jose Lambiet of the Palm-Beach Post reported that Coulter, the extremist Republican columnist and author, seems to have committed Voter Fraud by registering and then voting in a Palm Beach, Florida precinct in which she does not live. She registered to the vote, for reasons which still remain unclear, at the address of her realtor Suzanne Frisbie.

17. OK, I despise Mad Ann.
But is this really fraud, or just a defensible choice, like a college student who stays registered to vote at "home" despite spending little or no time there, and maybe votes by absentee ballot. Or a lot of people who have various plausible residences. As long as she only casts one ballot per election, I'm not inclined to go after her on this.

18. at the very least
it is hypocritical., Hasn't she been spewing about Acorn from dawn until dusk...yet they haven't been charged with voter fraud? now, the GOP has that guy who was charged with both voter and election fraud for signing people up as republicans when he told them they were signing a petition to stop child molesters and then he voted twice to boot.

Why does Ann keep registering to vote where she doesn't live? I mean, it's odd...and it is against the law. Why should she get away with it again, when a normal person wouldn't?
