Here is the story. I think Obama should not have given in on this important item.

President Obama has told Congressional Democrats to drop a proposal to spend money on family planning from the proposed $825 billion plan to stimulate the economy,. a White House aides tells McClatchy.

Obama is likely to offer that concession when he meets Tuesday with Congressional Republicans, who've complained bitterly that the proposal is liberal pork that has nothing to do with stimulating the economy or creating jobs.

3. I'm glad he did..
makes him look like he's willing to compromise, when in the meantime contraception isn't going to help my state get any jobs.

4. No, it'll just prevent some women from getting jobs that are available.
That will reduced the competition for men.
