If the numbers stay as they are (pending recounts, etc.), here's the final scoreboard, assuming I haven't missed something:

Not one Democratic incumbent lost in the Senate.
Not one Democratic incumbent lost in the House of Representatives.
Not one Democratic incumbent lost in any state Governorship.

All told, 504 major offices were at stake tonight.

Not one changed hands going Democrat to Republican.

Furthermore, all Dem open seats stayed Dem seats.
That includes the House, the Senate, and the governorships.

3. I didn't think that FOX pundit, Krautenhammer (sp?) could possibly

look more morose, but today, he seemed directly out of the crypt. :scary: ;)

I even found myself channel surfing to FOX just to see the pity party underway and the threats to the democrats, "Yous guys better doo sumting, or else!" :rofl:
