1. yeah, which makes me wonder why party conservatives insisted
on running an antichoice conservative for that seat.

People are sick of pRick Santorum. They would have voted for a ham sandwich.

2. We still need to work hard in the "T" in PA and W. PA . (The "T" is the
Northern Tier and the swath down the middle which is very much like a red state in social issues. In W. PA there are still quite a few who like him since he is from that area. His cheating the Penn Hills school district turned a lot off him, but he still can be tough with that slimy ad maker Brabender & Cox.

3. He's NOT from Western PA
he's from Northern Virginia. He lives there in a wealthy suburban estate. His 1 bedroom house in Penn Hills is completely empty of anything. That bastard is a fraud in every way.

4. Thank you. I live in W. PA. His VA house is well known up here as is
that house in Penn Hills that he claims he lives in with his big family.

5. "...while reaching out to social conservatives?"

Prescription for disaster.

Mr. Schumer, himself a stalwart supporter of abortion rights, argued, "Democrats have learned that when you have a good candidate, good in so many ways, that because he or she doesn't agree with the general Democratic Party position on every issue doesn't mean they should be kept outside the tent."

The Dems will NEVER learn-

Sure, they may capture this seat, but they're going to keep on losing and losing across the rest of the country- because THEY STAND FOR NOTHING.

Wait and see... and don't be disappointed when 2006 turns out just like 2000, 2002 and 2004.

Sad thing is, they could could have won by backing a progressive-

"Those suburban voters are more upset with Santorum than they are 'for' Casey," Mr. Madonna said.
