18. I have another theory

He's got a lot of admirers among people who despise the entire political process and wouldn't vote at all otherwise. He won't take any votes away from Shrub, but he will add a few for Kerry, especially in Minnesota.

I didn't agree with every position he took while Governor, but I respect the hell out of him for doing something that's increasingly uncommon in American politics: refusing to blow sunshine up the asses of the voters.

He is one of the strongest advocates of third parties this country has. What's cool is that Jesse didn't let his huge ego get in the way of his duty to his country. And said that he had no one to vote for in response to question about whom he supported. He did not actually say he would not vote, although that was how it was reported at the time. He is clearly voting against Bush, which is predictable given his politics.
