Center for Public Integrity Releases WIndfalls of War

On C-Span today, Charles Lewis of the Center for Public Integrity discussed the findings of their 20-person research team into the defense contracts between 1998-2003 and announced their Polk Award-winning report "Windfalls of War" is available on-line. Notice the top contractors--Carlyle Group is #10; Halliburton #14. Take a look at what each provides--see what portion of the pie is "services" versus hardware; also take a look at how much of their contracts are no-bid. Very enlightening and very sickening.

2. Perle's meeting with war-profitteers,...would help WAKE UP,...

,...the "used" and "betrayed" American people. I'm pretty sure that there is a video-tape of the "Prince of Darkness" meeting with potential "investors". Hell, I'll bet there is lots of video out there of the numerous corporatist campaigns to "invest in Iraq",...that inevitably war-torn country (innocent victims whose lives are at the mercy of oil-diggers and arms-dealers).
