"Some people are just really really scared and don't know what they're going to do."

The Kansas Secretary of Labor, Jim Garner, sent an email memo to employees. 13 News obtained a copy of the memo.

3. What ever happen to Kansas....vote against their own welfare...I
do feel sorry for them as it is very frighting to be without a job in this economy. But I also find that they had better get informed about who to vote for or very few in this country will have jobs. These people are dragging us all with them down the horror hole.

4. "Some people are just really really scared and don't know what they're
going to do" ... they'll vote for Bush and other right-wingers who policies led to their lay-offs, that's what they'll do

5. Reminds me of a story a few months ago about one state
having to lay off people in the unemployment office for the same reason.
