Sept. 11 families do not want Republican convention in New York

Nearly half of the relatives of victims who died in the World Trade Center attack say the Republican national convention should have been held elsewhere, and about a quarter believe the party chose New York "to capitalize on Sept. 11," according to a new survey. ..

Almost half of those in the survey said they disapproved of the way the president was handling his job, about the same as the national average.

Nearly two-thirds of the relatives questioned said they believed Democratic presidential nominee John Kerry (news - web sites) would "make the right decisions" on protecting the country from terrorism - the same number that said that about President Bush, ,

I'll bet those people who blame Bill Clinton for 9/11 haven't seen Fahrenheit 9/11, and how Bush ignored the warnings. They haven't been kept informed. They haven't kept themselves informed. Such a shame.

3. The 9/11 family group spearheaded the 9/11 commission.

They have been extremely active and still are trying to bring the FBI's John O'Neil story to light. They have been awsome.

If it wasn't for them, there would have been no inquiry into the tragedy. Google "9-11 Families" and see what you come up with. (I don't think they blame Clinton, either.)
