CEOs strongly support Bush in survey on issues
Bloomberg News

U.S. chief executive officers support President Bush over Democratic rival John Kerry on issues including the economy, taxes and job creation, according to a survey by Chief Executive magazine.

When asked which candidate most effectively would handle nine different issues, the 358 CEOs surveyed favored Bush over Kerry in every area. ..

"The majority of CEOs support Bush," Holstein said, "but they aren't very happy with their choices. They have very deep concerns about the future of the U.S. economy." ..

The poll was conducted before the Department of Labor announced that 32,000 jobs were created in July, about an eighth of the median forecast in a Bloomberg News survey.

20. "Not happy"? I wonder why?
Could it be that the greedy pigs can see the bottom of the trough, and they thought they'd have another 4 years of unlimited stuffing themselves at our expense?

Doesn't this just make you wanna over-run a gated community?

5. Er, I'm amazed at what the media thinks is news
as in new information; previously unknown.

Oh well, guess lots of people don't know this so it's news to them.

that one day, very soon, every greedy CEO and board member will spend the rest of their natural lives slaving over a hot french-fry machine at McDonalds.

16. Lots of people don't see much difference between Republicans and Democrats
But, CEOs will almost always reliably pull for the Republican, even for an idiot. That tells you something important about perceptions, if not reality.

18. You know what this tells me..
.. it tells me that the CEOs that DO support Kerry are unbelievably bright, optimistic, savvy, and not-so-greedy. They are worthy of praise. Costco is a company that comes to mind... what others?

21. I can't believe "the haves and have mores" "aren't very happy" with Bush!
Is it that the "have mores" aren't buying enough from other "have mores"...surely they don't expect the "have less" to buy from the "have mores" when the "have less" "have nothing".
