President in motorcade, driving from Miramar, CA to Manchester Grand Hyatt in San Diego for a fund-raiser. He's scheduled to pull up at the Hyatt at 6:25 p.m. ET // White House source says that if he is to say anything about the power outage, it will be at the fund-raiser, where he is expected to speak at 9:30 pm.
